DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT MARKETING
ALEX
BRAVO
Hi there, I'm Alex Bravo!
I’m a Product Marketing leader who doesn’t just spot trends once they’re obvious; I anticipate them before they crystallize. I sense what’s coming, then back it up with evidence and strategy so others can act on it. That ability to stay ahead of the curve has defined my career — from building new portfolios to opening entirely new market segments. My approach is about making the complex simple, connecting the dots between products and people, and creating the conditions for meaningful adoption.
I first sharpened that skill in startups, where I learned to be both creative and industrious. At LogFire, I helped bring the first SaaS-based warehouse management system to market — a bold move at the time that reached critical mass and ultimately led to Oracle’s acquisition. While pursuing my master’s at Harvard, I co-founded BAST Marketing Lab, linking graduate talent with startups at the Innovation Labs. Supporting founders across industries gave me a crash course in adaptability and vertical depth — from retail and financial services to healthcare, where I supported my brother’s cancer research startup and saw firsthand how technology could change lives.
Those experiences cemented my belief that creativity, cross-vertical exposure, and scrappy problem-solving are just as critical as enterprise discipline — and they continue to shape the way I approach every market I enter. Whether it’s democratizing communication at Twilio, opening access to data and AI at Databricks, or empowering SMB and mid-market brands at Klaviyo, my focus has always been the same: anticipate what’s next, find the white space, and build the bridge from product to market. Across all of these roles, the throughline is the same: I anticipate what’s next, see the underlying dynamics, and build the bridge from product to market with clear positioning, disciplined GTM, and cross-functional execution. My career has been defined by leading into the white spaces — and proving that what hasn’t been done before can become the next growth story.
PROJECT PORTFOLIO
CONTENT
I’ve had the opportunity to create white papers and thought leadership pieces that position products in a broader market context and connect with senior decision-makers. I enjoy the challenge of taking complex ideas and shaping them into narratives that are credible, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s voice.
My approach is strengthened by what I learned during my master’s in Behavioral Economics at Harvard University — where I studied how people actually make decisions, influenced not just by data and logic but by context, emotion, and bias. Those insights help me craft content that goes beyond informing to influencing: anticipating how audiences interpret information, addressing friction points, and aligning messages with the motivations that truly drive action.

ENABLEMENT ASSETS
As Director of Product Marketing at Twilio, I focused on building enablement assets and programs that helped the sales team succeed. From use case flashcards and compelling presentations to detailed case studies and product sheets, I created resources that equipped sellers to confidently position our products. But enablement went beyond materials — I also designed training and programs that gave sales teams the inside track on our products, their benefits, and how they stood out in the market. My goal was always the same: empower sellers to connect more effectively with customers and close deals with impact.
WEBINARS, ANIMATIONS AND MORE
I enjoy bringing products to life through engaging stories and experiences. Whether it was delivering dynamic presentations, producing eye-catching animations, or building hands-on demos, my focus was always on making complex solutions clear, exciting, and accessible. I aimed to highlight what made each product unique in a way that grabbed attention, connected with audiences, and inspired them to take action.
Creativity has always been my secret sauce in product marketing — and it’s backed by a master’s degree in UX and Graphic Design from SCAD. I put my heart into crafting materials that aren’t just high-quality but also carry that extra spark down to the smallest detail. For me, it’s about making sure everything looks as good as it sounds: blending substance with style, and pairing clear messaging with design that turns heads. I love creating work that not only communicates the message but also leaves a lasting impression.
