BLOG POSTS
I’ve had the opportunity to ghostwrite several leadership announcements and blog posts for Twilio executives, including VPs and senior leaders — projects that allowed me to combine storytelling with strategy. Writing is something I deeply enjoy, especially when it comes to translating complex product details into clear, engaging narratives that resonate. Whether it’s simplifying technical concepts or crafting messages that connect emotionally, my focus is always on creating content that feels authentic to the brand and meaningful to the audience. Below are some of the blog posts I’ve ghost-authored for Twilio’s leadership team.
WEB COPY
I created engaging web copy for Twilio’s website, one of the company’s most important platforms for product positioning and growth. My focus was on building narratives that went beyond listing features — connecting with the audience, highlighting real value, and inspiring action. I understood the direct link between clear, compelling landing page content and its ability to generate qualified leads, and I took pride in striking the right balance between being informative and persuasive to turn interest into tangible business impact.
PRODUCT POSITIONING PAPER
As a consultant, I developed a product positioning paper for C-Suite decision-makers on the strategic implementation of Airport Passport Control Kiosks in U.S. airports. The paper went beyond being informative — it showcased the real-world benefits these kiosks could deliver to airport operations and the passenger experience.
To ensure it reached the right audience, I made it the centerpiece of a targeted email campaign and amplified its impact through banner placements in leading airport and airline business publications. The goal was not only to share information but to spark meaningful conversations among executives about modernizing airport infrastructure with innovative kiosk technology.
THOUGHT LEADERSHIP CONTENT
As a piece of thought leadership content, this eBook was developed during the pandemic to equip retailers with actionable insights and strategies. It positioned the brand as a trusted advisor by highlighting engagement tools that helped retailers stand out in crowded markets, deepen customer relationships, and deliver memorable experiences across both digital and physical channels. Designed as a forward-looking guide, it not only supported retailers through a challenging period but also reinforced the company’s credibility in shaping the future of retail engagement.
